Behaviour Change

Behaviour Change provides an overview of effective ways to communicate with people who use violence. Drawn from current research and professional expertise, explore ideas about respect, culture, accountability and gender.

Participants learn a practical framework for responding to those who use violence at the societal, community and individual levels. Gain specific strategies for engaging and responding with individuals who use violence.

The course includes:

  • Principles underpinning responses to people who use violence
  • Understanding mindset or worldview of those who use violence
  • Screening for those who use violence
  • Responding holistically to individuals
  • Collaboration across agencies and disciplines.
